Nellynn was a wonderful woman. She was
an excellent therapist, a great mother, and a very wonderful
person. She was beautiful, caring, and always there for me. She was
my foster mother, and I loved her. I remember so much about her...
This is going to be really long! I remember that when I moved in
with her, I thought her house was a fairy tale! She had this
beautiful balcony above her living room, which had ceilings
two-stories high. She had about four bedrooms in her house
(including an attic room), and an office, and a huge kitchen, and a
beautiful dining room. Her house was the picture of a welcoming
home, while still remaing as pretty as a magazine. She had a
detached garage and an old chicken coop in her back yard. She had
three dogs (two dogs and a puppy). They were Allie, a border
collie, Kirby, an Australian Shephard/Blue Heeler mix, and Dakota,
their puppy. I remember when Allie had another litter of puppies,
and I got to help them be born. I remember getting to have a
birthday party, the way I wanted to, with friends I wanted there. I
remember sleepovers with my best friend Billie (a girl) at least
once a month. I remember getting to move out of the attic bedroom
when her daughter Jody moved out, and making Jody's room my own. I
remember getting to move into the downstairs bedroom when her
teenage foster daughter left, and getting to make it beautiful (and
even having my own phone!). I remember her keeping me safe and
healthy by helping me when I almost started to get an eating
disorder. I wasn't eating but maybe a meal a day. When she found
out, she helped me learn to eat right and excercise, and helped me
feel beautiful by giving me a makeover (including a new nickname,
Jenny). She then had me use my new look at a party, where I was the
only child. It made me feel grown-up and beautiful! I remember
talking to her about my boyfriends (one at a time, I promise!) and
her giving me advice on them. I remember nights where we would lay
on her bed, me with my head on her stomach (I used to say that she
was my pillow-she was a little overweight, too) and we would talk
for hours. I remember her giving me a beautiful cat's-eye necklace,
which I treasured. (Unfortunately, it got broken.) Favorite Country
Music Singer: Vince Gill-Nellynn was absolutely in love with him!!!
Favorite Movies: Tombstone and Lonesome Dove-she loved those type
of Country/Western movies! Service Information Time, Day, Date: 2

Lost.......
The moment that you died,
Our hearts split in two.
The one side filled with memories,
The other died with you.
We often lay awake at night,
When the world is fast asleep;
And take a walk down memory lane,
With tears upon our cheeks.
Remembering you is easy,
We do it every day.
But missing you is heartache,
That never goes away.
We hold you tightly within our hearts,
And there you will remain.
Life has gone on without you,
But it will never be the same.
For those who still have their loved ones,
Treat them with tender care.
You will never know the emptiness,
As when you turn and they are not there.
